American Waste Systems Employee opportunity listing. Help wanted for class A and B drivers and laborers.
Roll-off Driver
Looking for a Class A driver for our roll-off department. This department handles our construction site roll-offs. Must have clean MVR and subject to drug testing. Knowledge of manual stick shifts is required.
Portable Toilet Driver
Looking for a Class A or Class B with air brakes. We have two department one takes care of portable toilets on construction sites and the other takes care of portable toilets on special event parades, runs and festivals. Must have a clean MVR and subject to drug testing.
Residential and Commercial Trash Truck Driver
Looking for a Class B with air brakes. We prefer trash experience but will train the right candidate. Must have a clean MVR and subject to drug testing.

Street Sweeper
Looking for Class A or Class B with air brakes. This department handles our city street sweeping, special event clean-up, warehouse cleaning and power washing. This is a fun department because no two days is the same. If you like variety and getting up being excited because you won’t be doing the same mundane duties you did yesterday, then this job is for you. Must have a clean MVR and subject to drug testing.
Hand Laborers
Hand labors do not require a license. They help in various departments in the company. You might be on special crew sweeping, then switch to helping clean up a festival or parade on special events, or help on the sealcoating and pavement crew. This job like street sweepers offers you many different days and a job with variety of tasks depending on the day.
