Street Sweeping FAQ

What types of sweeping services do you offer?

How often should parking lots be swept?

We provide professional sweeping services for:

  • Parking lots and commercial properties

  • Apartment communities and retail centers

  • Construction site cleanup and track-out control

  • Municipal streets, parades, and special events

Our focus is scheduled and seasonal deep cleaning, not just routine night routes.

What does sweeping actually remove?

Professional sweeping removes:

  • Embedded dirt and fine debris

  • Sand, salt, and rock that damage asphalt

  • Leaves and organic material that clog drains

  • Construction track-out before it spreads

This helps prevent potholes, reduces interior tracking, and improves curb appeal.

Can you coordinate sweeping with construction schedules?

Yes. We regularly work with contractors to provide:

  • Same-day or next-day cleanup

  • Night-before paving or striping prep

  • Final cleanups prior to turnover

Clear communication is key, and our team coordinates directly with site contacts to avoid delays.

Sweeping frequency depends on:

  • Traffic volume

  • Surrounding construction

  • Seasonal debris (sand, salt, leaves)

Most properties benefit from monthly or quarterly service, with additional cleanings after winter or construction activity. We’re happy to recommend a schedule that protects your pavement and keeps your property looking professional.

Do you offer one-time sweeping or only scheduled service?

We do both.

While many clients choose scheduled programs for cost control and consistency, we also provide one-time cleanups for:

  • Executive or ownership visits

  • Property inspections

  • End-of-construction cleanup

  • Seasonal resets

For long-term results, scheduled service is typically more cost-effective.

Do you service the Kansas City area?

Yes. We provide sweeping services throughout the Kansas City metro in both Missouri and Kansas. We also serve surrounding regions within approximately 3–4 hours of Kansas City, including areas to the north, south, east, and west such as Lawrence, Sedalia, Richmond, and Adrian, among others.

If you’re unsure whether your property or job site falls within our service area, contact us and we’ll confirm availability and logistics.

Roll-off Dumpster FAQ

What can you not put in dumpsters

1. Things you can not put in dumpster containers:

  • Tires
  • Batteries
  • Appliances
  • Paint Buckets
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Chemicals

There will be a $20 charge for each appliance

How high can I fill the container?

This goes back to the question above addressing lawful weight. This will
depend on what items you will be placing in the box. Talk to our
helpful staff at the time of ordering to ensure how much waste you can
put in our roll-offs. It will be different for concrete vs sheet rock.
However, for standard waste you should be able to fill the container to
the lip. The box will be marked with the maximum height. If the
container is overloaded we will not be able to pull the box, and you will
be asked to remove some items.

What are the sizes of your roll-off containers?

We offer 20, 30, 40 yard roll-offs. They are all the same length and width, it is the height that makes the difference. See specific roll-off measurements to the right.
